Sex Deprived in the Rural- Midwest

Okay, I thought this would be easy!  Not so much!  Just wanted to write about some of my experiences over the past 5 years of being divorced and post it as a blog on facebook. I actually thought this would be easy........think again!  Too many choices and do I really want this to be public?  Why not?  Aren't most divorced or single women going through some of the same things?  Yes, I'm sure they are but that doesn't mean they want any of it made public.  Lmao..........well, I have never fell into any type of normal statics, so, why should I now?  Dating, Relationships, his kids, my kids, sex, and friendships.  Just a few of the things I will be blogging about. The life and times, of a divorced, independent woman, in the 21st century.  Sex and the......or should it be, Sex Deprived in the Rural-Midwest? Yep, that it is............Sex Deprived in the Rural-Midwest.........after all, I watched every episode of, "Sex and the City", and I haven't had as much sex as they have in a week, in a year.  So it is, "Sex Deprived in the Rural Midwest", won't be getting any movie offers, but it does make for funny satire.  Maybe that should say, pathetic satire.  Oh WTF, truthful, that is me.  If I wanted to have sex, for the sake of having sex, it could be "sex in the lil town", still would never come close to "sex and the city".  Write what you know.  Sex Deprived, in the Rural-Midwest, it is! 

Men Of A New Age

Men of a new age! Dating, has changed so much from before I was married. Men, are afraid to commit to a date, much less a relationship. The newest trend, I have encountered is, meeting a man at his playground. Such as, a band playing at a bar. Instead of the said man, asking you on a date, he requests you come with  your friends. What the hell is this? If you do go, as I did, one time, it isn't very conducive for getting to know someone. Not like you can chit chat, over the loud band, or while up dancing, on the dance floor. Strange, is what I call it. I had a good time, but it had nothing to do with the man, that invited me, and my friends, to the function! My friends, and I, had a good time, just as if we would have, had, we been at any other nightclub that night. What the hell is up with this new dating, or shall, I, call it non-dating scene? You never get a chance, to know them, or know if anything could have possibly come of it. They can't commit to wanting to take you out. I have no problem going "dutch" but somehow, I don't think, that, that is all there is to it. Men, are they all afraid to commit to a date? What does this say about their potential for a relationship? Any input would be appreciated. I'm having a WTF, moment.
